But I couldn’t help doing this one plug for a whole bunch of great organizations…they’re not environmentally related per se, but they are all progressively related and well, those types are often kindred spirits of environmentalists, no?
I’m sure most of you have heard of the whole Pepsi Refresh campaign and how they’re giving away MILLIONS of dollars to worthy organizations. Well, it just so happens that you can sign up this month to receive daily reminders to vote for a slate of projects run by progressive organizations trying to make systemic changes, like educating/mobilizing young and minority voters, solving the housing crisis for low-income communities, and training thousands of people to be leaders in the clean energy movement.
